You need to acquire our products and services to get out of your comfort zone and thus be able to enjoy spaces that generate tranquility complemented with products of excellent quality.

 
DOES THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES HAVE A GUARANTEE?

Item warranties are accepted within 40 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, labeled and in their original packaging. Any item that is damaged when we receive it will not be possible to accept your refund and process the warranty.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our paymentmethod is credit, debit, American cards and gift cards.

 
HOW LONG WOULD MY PRODUCT OR SERVICE BE READY?

The product takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the place of destination.

 
IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT WHAT COULD I DO?

Refunds for items eligible for returns are accepted within 40 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, labeled andin their original packaging. Any item that is damaged when we receive it will not be possible to accept your refund. 

 
EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY STILL DIDN'T RESPOND. WHY?

Our hotline is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We aim to respond to all inquiries and concerns within 24 hours, and we will respond as soon as possible.

 
WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE BILLED?

Your account is billed on the first shipment of your order, unless otherwise stated. This includes items shipped immediately, custom items, and pre-order items.  The invoice arrives at your email.

 
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, the confirmation will be sent to the email to trackn and sand notify what state your order is inor, until the moment you arrive at the destination.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
